In the meantime, some NFL owners are asking their players to limit their use of social media in light of the recent spate of concussions.
NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reports that league owners are also asking players to use the same social media tools and to stay off social media for longer.
The NFL has been facing a rash of concussed players in recent days, and it is still uncertain how long the league will allow Brady to play.
The Patriots are set to host the Green Bay Packers on Sunday in their final regular-season game before the bye.
The Patriots have not played a game since October 30, when quarterback Tom Brady suffered his first concussion.
The team has also not played since Nov. 19, when receiver Danny Amendola suffered his second concussion.
