This week, the Delhi High Court observed that students of the state’s IT department had been asked to use social media to communicate with each other after their teachers had banned it.
The court had said that students had been taught to use various forms of communication for self development, but that the use of Facebook was not allowed.
The Supreme Court has already issued several directives to the State Government of Delhi to regulate and regulate social media.
