CNTIC has been working hard to recruit top talent, and now it’s trying to woo students from other schools in the industry.
The startup has launched a new internship program that will allow students from around the world to work on projects at the company.CNTIC will offer a five-week internship to students from schools in Europe, North America, Australia, South Africa, India, and China, according to an official press release.
Students will get to work with CNTICS’ software engineers, developers, and project managers.
They will also get a paid internship at the firm.
The internship will be based in Shanghai and be led by a CNTic software engineer, according the release.
The internship will last for three months and include a work-study position for the students.
CNTIS will also provide training and technical support for the internship participants.CIT and the Chinese government have made recruiting more efficient in recent years.
China now offers more job opportunities for graduates of English-language schools than any other country, according data from the Institute of International Education.
According to the official CNTICO website, more than 10 million graduates of Chinese language schools have taken up full-time positions in 2017, up from around 6.5 million in 2017.
