College graduates are more likely to seek work in technology than in other fields, but there are clear differences in the ways they do it.
“The first thing that you need to do is you need a strong work ethic,” said Scott Gartland, a professor of computer science at the University of Michigan.
He also believes it is critical that students take a look at their current career paths.
I think that we should have students look at what’s been successful in their respective fields, he said.
You can’t go into a field and say, ‘Oh, I’ll be an engineer.’
You need to have that specific job.
“The other major reason students need to look outside of their major field is that there are fewer jobs that are available to them in the field.
According to a new report from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, there were 2.3 million people in the U, which is a decrease of 11,000 jobs since the end of 2009.
Gartland said the most common job that was being lost to technology was retailing.
For tech workers who have been out of the industry for a while, the number of available jobs is dropping.
It’s more of a problem for students in math and science, and also engineering, where there are more openings, he added.
Gartfield said the best way to help students get their feet wet in the technology industry is to make them aware of the jobs that they are entering.
They should have a general idea of the things that they can expect to be doing, how they’ll be earning income, and they should have an idea of what it takes to get there, he explained.
We need to get more students out there who are interested in the fields, who are actually making money, who aren’t just taking a paycheck.
Garten said he thinks students need more information about how much money they are making, how many people are employed, and how they can be employed.
But it also helps to educate them on how to get ahead in their fields, such as how to negotiate a better salary, how to work smarter, and what other jobs are available.
Students need to know about how to deal with their employer, he continued.
A number of the skills they need to learn are not readily available to students who are just starting out, he noted.
The problem, Gartfield added, is that many of the courses offered are focused on what they need the most.
Instead, he thinks it is time for colleges to teach students the skills that they need.
More broadly, he sees a need for colleges and universities to offer more opportunities for students to apply their skills and work experience to a variety of different industries.
Technology is an exciting field and it needs to be explored more broadly, Garten said.”
You have to look at this in a holistic way, not just focusing on a specific field.
If we’re going to get a better education for the students, we need to think more broadly about the different kinds of opportunities they can get.
